Superior Nano Carbon Technology

We have developed an innovative technology, Ultrasafe ZoGEM, which is a premium and superior Nano Carbon based highly conductive ground enhancement backfill material to enhance the resistivity of earth electrodes. This Nano Carbon technology is specially engineered and specifically developed for the need of earthing industries with years of extensive R&D. ZoGEM makes life easy for electrical engineers by achieving permanent, stable and low resistance earthing solutions even in difficult ground conditions and in all types of soils.

Ultrasafe ZoGEM Powerset is a synthetic material manufactured with specific raw materials in controlled ratios. The raw materials go through a series of processes and thermal treatments to become a dust-free granular mixture with exceptional electrical properties. ZoGEM is chemically inert with very low soluble sulphate content and it can be used with all conventional types of cement and most proprietary resin based cements, adhesives and gypsum plasters.

Conventional ionic-based earthing materials like bentonite, charcoal, etc., which conduct electricity through movement of charged ions. This process requires the presence of an effective electrolyte such as water for conduction. This is where ZoGEM’s superior Nano Carbon technology comes into play. Ultrasafe ZoGEM Powerset conducts electricity in the same way as metals- through the movement of electrons. This means it does not require water to conduct electricity and is not affected by dryness, thus eliminating the need for periodic watering.

Another prime advantage of ZoGEM is its resistivity. It has ultra-low resistance level of 0.004 ohm-m.

Ultrasafe Permanent Earthing System Vs Conventional Earthing System:

Cost Initial cost is higher than conventional earthing but maintenance cost is zero. The overall cost is higher than Ultrasafe earthing considering the frequent recharge and maintenance.


Piezo Electric Lightning Protection

The spectacle of lightning has inspired awe and fear since life began on Earth. While lightning may not threaten everyday life, it is still essential to have constant lightning protection. We have developed an innovative piezo electric lightning protection technology for this very purpose.

The specific function of our Ultrasafe Strike ESE (Early Streamer Emission) lightning rod is to produce an upward stream of ionized particles pointed to the clouds. This ensures that all electrical discharges are channeled right from the beginning, Since the lightning strike is quickly captured from the beginning and discharged immediately, Ultrasafe Strike ESE can be used to protect wide areas. This is also ideal for the protection of tall and large structures.

Our Ultrasafe Strike ESE lightning rod is in compliance with NFC-17102, UNE-21186 Standards.
